The Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles is just okay for a pre-flight stay. The rooms are refreshed and comfortable, but the overall atmosphere feels outdated and the noise can be quite bothersome. Service could use significant improvement as my experience with staff was less than satisfactory. While it's a convenient choice for travelers heading to LAX, I believe there are better options available.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick trip to LA, and I found the rooms to be quite spacious and generally well-equipped, although there were some minor cleanliness issues. The location is fantastic for airport access, and the shuttle service is a big plus, but I did notice noise from nearby traffic. The dining options fell short of expectations, both in quality and pricing, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but improvements are needed in a few areas.
